I am a Military Veteran wife, mother of two amazing girls (Camryn 12, and Brooklyn 8), artist (I LOVE to paint), member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc,  and educator with 18 years of experience in serving my community through instructional leadership. I'm a PROUD graduate of Florida A&M University where I received my B.S. in Early Childhood Education. 

I also have a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and my Educational Leadership from University of West Georgia.  I have had the pleasure of teaching Kindergarten, 2nd, 3rd, and 6th grades for over twelve years. I have been the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art,  and Math) Coordinator and Facilitator.  Over the last five years, I've served as an Instructional Coach. My vision as an instructional leader is to empower students to be innovative life-long learners. I am excited to work alongside our teachers, parents, and community to prepare our scholars to be college and career ready.
